Terms & Conditions   
01) Rates are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).   
02) Rates quoted are excluding taxes & services charge.   
03) Any request will be noted and subject to availability.   
04) Check-in time is from 1500hrs and check-out till 1200hrs   
05) Exchange rates for information only.   
06) Should you wish to change an existing reservation, you are required to cancel the existing booking and proceed to create a new reservation. This maybe done by visiting http://www.puteripacific.com   
07) Should you wish to cancel an existing reservation, simply click on http://www.puteripacific.com

09) Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.    

Cancellation Policy   
01) No Charge for Cancellation with notice by email/phone/faxed more than 2 days prior to arrival.        

NO-SHOW / Early Check-Out:   
01) One night stay per room will be charged on your credit card for NO SHOW.    
02) No refund in full or in part will be made for un-utilized services included in the package or for early check out and no-show.   
   
Child Policy   
01) Please note that children age 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number entered in the No. of Adults box.   
02) Child below 12yrs old stay complimentary sharing existing bedding excluding breakfast.
